Four Things Our Citizens And Residents Need To Know About:
[1] Many judges in Lee County foreclosure courts fail to dismiss cases in favor of homeowners despite that banks’ witnesses refuse to present evidence in support of their claims.
Also, during hearings, many judges act as if they were the adversarial party (bank) by making statements which resemble objections. Judges object on behalf of the banks, taking on the role of the banks' attorneys, in violation of rules.
[2] May 2011: NPR reported that the federal government has failed to provide oversight because government was closely aligned with financial institutions, and government did not want to be adversarial.

[4] You must read Sheriff Richard Mack’s book, The County Sheriff: America’s Last Hope. Only then(?) will you know that the County sheriff is not merely a law enforcement officer but a peace officer who is charged with the duty to enforce the Constitutional (Tenth Amendment) protections. These protections separate Federal and State powers, and they serve as a check and balance, intended as a safeguard against government abuse. How? The sheriffs of Wyoming (and other states)

made a policy that requires all federal agents to report to them before, e.g., they can make an arrest. Sheriff Mack: "This should be the law throughout the land." "What's more, it is working and the feds are surviving just fine" (Mack, Page 32).
A Constitutional officer (sheriff) is a gatekeeper, to defend his or her constituents from all injustice (from legislators, judges, or federal agents).
Justice Scalia, in Mack v. United States said: “This separation [federal government and State government] is one of the Constitution’s structural protections of liberty; a healthy balance of power between the States and the Federal Government will reduce the risk of tyranny and abuse from either front” (Mack, Page 16).
Our Founding Fathers intended a government with checks and balances. It's the sheriff's job to keep it that way!
